Not everyone is willing to talk about his mid-life crisis at the local library, but then not everyone’s mid-life crisis involves cheese making.

For home cheese maker David Bleckmann, the chance to talk about his mid-life passion is an honor.

He will discuss the history of cheese, demonstrate some cheese making techniques, and offer samples of homemade cheese at the Hillsboro Public Library’s Main Branch on Tuesday.
