I do not make my living from cheese.
Yet.
In 2013 that will hopefully change.
I’ve studied at the Cheese School of San Francisco, visited shops in the US and abroad. Plans are in the works.
For now I keep my local cheese shops open.

Great site Chris. My wife and I are cheese lovers, too. In fact, I’m enjoying some Sardo Dolce (Sardinian sheep’s milk cheese, which reminds me of a softer Pecorino Romano).
Cheers Lou!!
Love this! Thanks for inspiring…
Welcome Lois!
Keeping cheeses shops open.. it’s what we try to do! Up in Yorkshire recently and went to the Wensleydale cheese shop… mmmmm!
