We invite you to join us in the high mountains of the Haut Savoie for Vin Chaud & Cremant d’Alsace followed by a fondue savoyarde paired with charcuterie, cornichon, potatoes &crusty breads paired with a local Chignin wine.
For dessert guests will enjoy a classic Tarte aux Pommes.

This begins our series of tasting events to be held throughout 2012, we hope to put together an inspiring collection of tasting events each one celebrating food, through season, producer &festival. In the past we have collaborated with chefs, bakers, architects, food writers, oil & wine producers; &this year we hope will be no exception; each event bringing their own unique chance for us to discover, enjoy & be inspired by.

If you are or will be in London January 19th, think about adding this to your “must-do” list.

Salutation Recipes

I'm trying to keep a log of all the things we cook which taste really lovely. And it will also save a lot of time and bits of paper when it comes to sharing those recipes with friends.
