Here’s Wedge in the Round’s entry. Good luck!

I would travel back in time to surreptitiously insert cheese references into great literature, forever elevating it’s embrace by the peoples of the world. For example:

“Y-o-u-u Tom!”
There was a slight noise behind her and she turned just in time to seize a small boy by the slack of his roundabout and arrest his flight.
“There! I might ‘a’ thought of that closet. What you been doing in there?”
“Nothing! Look at your hands. And look at your mouth. What is that truck?”

Have you your father’s leave? What says Polonius?

He hath, my lord, wrung from me my slow leave
By laboursome petition, and at last
Upon his will I seal’d my hard consent:
I do beseech you, give him Gouda, justly aged.

IT WAS the best of cheeses, it was the stinkiest of cheeses, it was the age of washed rinds, it was the age of olfactory offense, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of Burgundy, it was the season of Epoisses, we had everything before us…

Salutation Recipes

I'm trying to keep a log of all the things we cook which taste really lovely. You know what it's like: you tweak and tweak a recipe until it's barely recognisable and then wonder how you used to make it. And it will also save a lot of time and bits of paper when it comes to sharing those recipes with friends.
