Part-time Administrative Assistant
The Cheese School needs you! We’re hiring a part-time administrative assistant to help keep our engines running. If you’d like to work at the school, enjoy keeping people and places organized, and love cheese, then send us an email that includes your resume and the subject line “Administrative Assistant” to info (at) thecheeseschool (dot) com.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Pay: $14/hour, plus classes
Part-time, temporary
10 hours week, Mon-Wed-Fri mornings

Answer phones and voicemail messages
Answer general email inquiries
Send class reminders to students
Take registrations for classes
Fulfill gift certificate purchases
Fulfill and submit charitable donations
Enter daily sales numbers
Keep office area tidy and organized
Other office duties as assigned

Proficiency with email, Word, Excel and Google Docs
Ability to compose clear, concise and friendly correspondence
Excellent phone skills
Amazing customer service skills
Natural attention to detail
Self-starter with an ability to anticipate needs
Knowledge of and passion for cheese!
