Still Room in The Cheese School of San Francisco’s “Honey & Cheese” Class TONIGHT, May 1st 2012

Hey kiddos!

There is still room at The Cheese School’s “Honey & Cheese” class tonight in San Francisco.

Description: Local beekeeper Robert MacKimmie of City Bees will induct you into the secret world of the honeybee with a remarkable class. A beekeeper of 16 years, Robert maintains over 70 hives around the Bay Area. You’ll be amazed by the variety. We’ll pair each of his honeys with a different artisan cheese: the result is nothing but sweetness and light. Come and be illuminated!

Time: 6:30 – 8:30pm
Day: Tuesday

Tickets are available here. If you are in the bay area, grab a friend and give this a go. It’s a quiet, delightful spot not far from the Wharf.

I'm trying to keep a log of all the things we cook which taste really lovely. You know what it's like: you tweak and tweak a recipe until it's barely recognisable and then wonder how you used to make it. And it will also save a lot of time and bits of paper when it comes to sharing those recipes with friends.
