People Talk: You are a cheese monger?
Jill Forster: I am a purveyor of cheese. I sell cheese. I care for cheese. I educate people on cheese. Every month we have cheese classes.
PT: How much do you love cheese?
JF: There’s not enough words to describe how much I love cheese. It’s an infinite love. It’s passion. It’s as much as I love my children.
PT: Does it stem from childhood?
JF: No, it really doesn’t. I went to culinary school in Vermont, and it kind of started there a little bit as we were introduced to foods you didn’t see in Orchard Park, New York. I went from Cracker Barrel and Ritz to triple creams and aged Goudas.
