  1. […] may recall my earlier mention of the Serbian (only?) maker of cheese from donkey’s milk. Well- Serbian tennis phenom  […]

  2. But, what does it taste like? We go to Belgrade almost every year – husband’s family – so next fall I will go and take photos and write about it for all of us… this is not a country known for aged cheeses, particularly. Their fresh cheese: mladi sir is very gelatinous and yummy – and there are others – mainly sheep – and some very famous we have traveled around to and tasted. Not so good to my palate. But love their young cheeses. This outta be interesting! (Who priced it???)
    Get that mouse pregnant!

  3. Now… if only we could figure out how to milk a mouse. THAT would be expensive cheese 😉

What do you think?

I'm trying to keep a log of all the things we cook which taste really lovely.
