  • 1/16 – All Blues
  • 1/19 – Cheddar!
  • 1/22 – Science of Cheese
  • 1/23 – Great British Cheese
  • 1/29 – Cheddar!

  1. […] Last week was the January schedule release; February is now available! Oh… and March is starting show up as well […]

  2. Seriously why do you have to tease me like this? Neal’s Yard is on my list of Cheese Pilgrimages I have to make in my life time. I was not aware they had classes….I guess I have to start saving up, oh and convince my wife too.

What do you think?

I'm trying to keep a log of all the things we cook which taste really lovely. You know what it's like: you tweak and tweak a recipe until it's barely recognisable and then wonder how you used to make it. And it will also save a lot of time and bits of paper when it comes to sharing those recipes with friends.
